Optional Bedroom Air Conditioning is available for an additional $10/night/bedroom. Guests may decide upon arrival if they feel it is a necessary or desired amenity. It may be added by the night, by the bedroom.

Maid Service (daily or mid-stay) can be arranged for an additional fee. The villa is cleaned before and after your stay, which is included in the weekly rate. An extra set of sheets is provided, along with plenty of bath towels. A washer and dryer is available at no additional charge.

The main villa, with or without the adjoining guest cottage, is only rented to one group at a time, with your group having exclusive use of the property while you are vacationing with us.

Based on your required sleeping arrangements, please let us know how many bedrooms you will need when making your inquiry so that we can confirm the appropriate rate. Discounts may be available for smaller groups needing less than 4 bedrooms. In order to cut down on cleaning costs and to aid in conserving our natural resources, unoccupied bedrooms will be cleaned, but beds will not be prepared. If a discount is given for small groups, unused bedrooms may be closed off from usage.

We accept check ins and check outs on any day of the week if the calendar allows.

The weekly rate can be pro-rated to a nightly rate for stays longer than one week.

A seven night minimum stay is required during season. A five night minimum stay may be accommodated, if the calendar allows, during mid and off season.
