Three Palms Villa has close to 5,000 square feet of common living areas, indoors and out. 
Living Room & Library
Inside, you will find tasteful and comfortable living accommodations.  A feeling of casual elegance is carried throughout:  All rooms are decorated with soft toned fabrics and décor with a Caribbean flair.  We hope you’ll feel right at home and invite you to kick your feet up on the couch and enjoy the picturesque views of Hans Lollick Island and out across the British Virgin Islands.  Our watch a movie on our new 42″ flat screen television, along with a selection of family-oriented DVDs.  Or curl up in one of the cozy chairs in the library, and discover a new book left by previous guests.  You will also find a guests leftover bar with an interesting selection of spirits for your enjoyment and discovery.

Cooking up a Caribbean Feast
The kitchen comes equipped for a chef, with everything you could possibly need to cook up a spectacular meal.  A washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen for your convenience.  The dining room seats 8 comfortably, but there is also dining right off the dining room, which seats another 6.  Additional bar stool seating can be found at the bar area, between the kitchen and living room.

Decks and Patios
Outside, you will find plenty of spots to curl up with a good book or cocktail, and idle the day away.  We have an expansive sun deck that is tempered by the balmy ocean breezes and a covered outdoor seating area.  Or sink into our hammock built for two, and take a nap under our shady tropical setting.  Make a wish upon a star … Nights laying out on the deck, underneath the stars and moon are soul soothing.   We promise that if you lay there for less than half an hour, you are bound to see at least one shooting star!
