Just off the beaten path. Some like to call it the tree house.
The cottage is on the short walkway down to the villa, with the roofs of the two dwellings almost touching. It is a reverse loft, with the main bedroom on the entry level, and the den (with permanent sofa sleeper) on the lower level, accessed via spiral stair. The cottage has one smaller bathroom to be shared, so occupants should be friendly. The cottage has it’s own porch, accessible via sliding glass door.
Teens, and the loners of the group, usually love this spot up under our age old banyan tree.
The cottage is only rented with the main villa rental (meaning we only rent to one group at a time and the cottage is not rented separately).
Location = Oceanview with views North

Bathroom = Shared Private
All Bedrooms are equipped with: comfortable beds and plenty of pillows, high thread-count ironed sheets, a midweek sheet change is provided, commercial grade ceiling & floor fans. While often not needed, air conditioning is available for an additional fee.
All Bathrooms are equipped with: plenty of high quality towels, one beach towel per person, blow dryers, soap, shampoo & conditioner, hand lotion, toilet paper, tissues.
