3. Sign Booking Confirmation Sheet and return it to us via email or via fax to (866)856-1375.
4. We will email and/or call you upon receipt of the faxed Booking Confirmation Sheet. We will hold your reservation request for 7 days while we wait for you to arrange for payment of your 50% rental deposit.
5. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation which is fully refundable up until 90 days prior to your arrival. Payment can be made by credit card through Paypal or you can mail us a check.

6. Upon receipt of your booking confirmation paperwork and your deposit, your reservation is confirmed and we will email you with a confirmation number.
7. Thirty days from arrival, the remaining 50% rental, 10% tax plus refundable damage security deposit is due.
